Key Responsibilities

Advise, guide and support all departments’ operating systems to comply with rules and regulations of the SEC, AIMC and related regulators in asset management business. Prepare procedures to implement policies adopted, facilitate the development of policies, operating procedures to carry out its business strategies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Perform compliance checks on regulatory requirements. Responsible for internal   Oversee compliance activities and issues (compliance incidents/customer complaints), review and update internal compliance policies and procedures, provide advice to all Business Units (BUs)

• Assess and review in accordance with Compliance Monitoring Program for exceptions and weaknesses in departmental compliance and operational process to ensure the company’s compliance with legal, regulations, and rules.
• professional organizations or even a company's internal guidelines
• Conducting operational audit as assigned
• Understanding levels of potential risks and how to address each risk
• Supervise and coaching team
• Internal training to company employee and subordinates
• Performing data analysis or quality assurance
• Assist in the preparation for coordinate and assist in the response to S.E.C. and related regulators examinations as required
• Support other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in Asset Management business including related regulatory and compliance /Market Risk/Investment Risk will be an advantage.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, open minded and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as business units.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and work under pressure.
• Strong financial and Risk modelling Analytics skills, and monitor trading activities to comply with Risk Control of Portfolio
• Good in English speaking and writing
• Good in computer skills and standard computer programs

• ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามทางกฎหมายตามที่กำหนด
• มีฐานลูกค้าลงทุนในกองทุนรวมและกองทุนส่วนบุคคล

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• สัญชาติไทย , การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขา การเงิน การลงทุน บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สอบผ่านคุณวุฒิด้านวิชาชีพการเงินและการลงทุน CISA or CFA และมีใบอนุญาตการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้จัดการกองทุน
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการกองทุนต่างประเทศ FIF การจัดการพอร์ตการลงทุน การจัดทำโครงสร้างทางการเงิน การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน และประเมินมูลค่าหลักทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
• มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี และมีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ตราสารทุนและการลงทุนในกองทุนต่างประเทศหรือตราสารหนี้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งพูด เขียน และเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะระบบ MS Office เป็นอย่างดี

คุณสมบัติ

• สัญชาติไทย การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขา การเงิน การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุระหว่าง 30 – 35 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจบริหารจัดการกองทุนหรือการให้บริการทางการเงินอย่างน้อย 5 ปี เคยทำงานด้านการให้บริการลูกค้ากองทุนส่วนบุคคล กองทุนรวม
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน ที่ต้องมีการแข่งขันและมีการกำหนดยอดขายและเป้าหมายในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีใบอนุญาตทำงานด้านการแนะนำการลงทุน Investment Consultant Complex License หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้วางแผน (IP License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาสื่อสาร มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีจิตในการให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศ
• มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งพูด เขียน และเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดี

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT systems, ensuring they are secure and operational at all times.
• Installation & Configuration: Manage the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor IT systems for any potential issues, providing regular reports to management on system performance and incidents.
• Software Updates: Regularly update software and applications, ensuring all systems are running the latest versions and are secure.
• Internet Network Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's internet network, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
• Assist performing the system test, User Acceptance Test as required.
• Assist project manager to achieve the milestone.
• Support other tasks as assigned.

• สัญชาติไทย , การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน IT Support หรือ Application Support หากเคยทำงานในธุรกิจ บลจ.จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
• มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคด้าน Software เข้าใจระบบปฏิบัติการ เช่น Microsoft 365,Windows Server และ Web Server และฐานข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เช่น MySQL, SQL Server
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทักษะการจัดการปัญหา และความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ระบบใหม่ ๆ
